Nicholas Phipps White

Mr. White is the 100% owner of the privately owned Hollywood Land Development Company “Sovereign Towers” luxury project. Sovereign Tower I, featuring an 800-room Marriott dual-branded Ritz-Carlton-St. Regis luxury hotel, and Sovereign Tower II, featuring a class-A commercial space, were sold to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Public Investment Fund (PIF).
Mr. White, born in New Haven, CT on February 14, 1969, is the great-great-grandson of prominent industrialist and philanthropist U.S. Senator Lawrence C. Phipps of Colorado, Treasurer of Carnegie Steel, who architected U.S. Steel, the first billion-dollar company in the world. Mr. White is the grandson of Brigadier General Nicholas Allen USAF, former United States Assistant Secretary of Commerce and Judge Advocate General.
Former U.S. Ambassador to the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe, Commonwealth of Virginia Governor and Attorney General James S. Gilmore III Esquire., founder of Gilmore Global Group LLC of Washington, D.C., has served as Mr. White’s advisor and general counsel since the company’s inception in 2015.

Ms. White, wife of Mr. Nicholas Phipps White, is the Chief Financial Officer of the privately owned Hollywood Land Development Company. She has previously served in senior proposal management, marketing, and government relations consulting roles at major Fortune 500 firms, including Computer Sciences Corporation, SAIC, Accenture, and DynCorp, serving major Federal IT customers. Ms. White has held high-level DEA sensitive and U.S. DOJ clearances while providing services to the U.S. government. She was born on July 2, 1970, in New London, Connecticut, and is the daughter of Dr. Michael Peter Pakstys of San Francisco, CA, a former senior executive at General Dynamics for the U.S. Defense Department.
Ms. White received her B.A. in Communications and MBA in finance from Marymount University, with post-graduate executive management certification from Georgetown University, McDonough School of Business in Washington, DC. She had previously been a member of the Beverly Hills Women’s Club, in Beverly Hills, CA 90210, and has resided in California since 2017 with her husband, Mr. Nicholas Phipps White, Founder, Chairman, and CEO of The Hollywood Land Development Company, a descendant of Carnegie Steel’s U.S. Senator Lawrence Phipps White.

Mr. White, an architect and father of Founder, Chairman, and CEO Nicholas Phipps White, serves as the Sovereign Towers Managing Director for The Hollywood Land Development Company. Mr. White has served in senior leadership positions for more than 30 years on major public and private architectural master projects in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan club and has successfully programmed, planned, designed, and administered major building projects for large clients, applying extensive knowledge of architectural design, construction detailing, construction procedures, zoning and building codes, and building materials and systems.
Mr. White received his B.A. and MA in Architecture from Yale University, where his son Nicholas was born on February 14, 1969, at Yale-New Haven Hospital in New Haven, CT, and his daughter, Elizabeth Phipps White, was born on October 20, 1967.
Mr. White and his wife, Sandra Allen, daughter of Brigadier General Nicholas Allen USAF and former United States. Assistant Secretary of Commerce, were members of Chevy Chase Country Club in Washington, D.C. along with various civic and philanthropic associations. Mr. Lawrence Phipps White attended Yale University with former Bank of America’s Merrill Lynch Global Chairman, former Secretary of State, U.S. Senator John F. Kerry.
Steven Craig Harris

Mr. Harris serves as the Chief Financial Officer. He has extensive financial, managerial, project management, network operations, and product service experience at Intel Corporation in senior business and technology leadership positions. Additionally, Mr. Harris has served as the CFO and CEO of a U.S.-based fleet management system and GPS tracking services professional company serving the U.S. Marines Corps at Ft. A.P. Hill and Ft. LaJeuene facilities.
Mr. Harris received his B.S. in Business Administration, with a concentration in Finance, from the University of Richmond, Robins School of Business, with MBA graduate studies at the University of Maryland and advanced-level Microsoft and CISCO certifications.
